How long will it take my item to arrive?
Dispatch occurs within 4 working days from the time of the payment is received and then airmail can be 10-14 days (depending upon your Country's customs and holiday times).
Is Insurance available?
Yes, absolutely! For $2 per item goods can be fully insured in case of their being lost or broken in transit. To arrange insurance on your parcel simply request this at the time of payment and we will process it separately. We cannot be responsible for items lost once sent unless insurance has been secured.
